What is my fee for taking the BLS Survey?

There is no fee.

What are my options in taking the BLS Survey.

One option is to complete the required contact information, take the survey and receive your Business Health Score. The other is to take the survey and request a custom, confidential PCC Analysis. If you request an analysis, we would follow up with you to confirm receipt and to ask if you have questions. At that time, you may also request an initial phone interview with a PCC director. For any of these options, you have no financial obligation.

How is PCC compensated for this program?

We are not compensated. Our compensation comes only if we are retained to help a company achieve new levels of success and assure its future. That help can come in many forms. You may want to check the PCC web site to access methodologies, capabilities and success stories.

If I take the survey and give my contact information, will I be on a marketing list for continual follow up?

No. First, your survey and contact information are absolutely confidential. Second, we call you only if you ask for a custom analysis. After that call, any further contact is up to you.

How Do I Receive My BLS Score?

You complete the BLS Survey on this web site. There are 10 statements. The statements are weighted according to a proprietary formula. To the best of your ability, select a level of concern for each issue.  For the survey to have any validity, your selections must reflect accurately. Your confidential BLS Score will be sent to you via email. There is no fee.

How Do I Take the BLS Survey?

To take the BLS Survey, we require that you complete your contact information to gain access. The survey is proprietary; therefore we must confirm you are a qualified visitor. Your contact information is confidential; it will not become part of any database and will be discarded. In addition, we will not contact you unless you request a custom BLS Analysis. Otherwise, we simply will email your BHS with a brief rating description.
